On behalf of Cinco de Mayo of Northern Colorado INC, We regret to inform the community that the 2020 Northern Colorado Cinco de Mayo Festival has been canceled due to the directive of our city and state officials to cancel any gathering over 50 people for the next 8 weeks.
Cinco de Mayo of Northern Colorado INC has been monitoring the escalating effects of the spread of COVID-19 and the safety of our event participants, organizers and attendees along with the curving of more potential outbreak of COVID-19 is a priority for the Northern Colorado Cinco de Mayo Festival. As a result, we will be following the recommendations of the city and state officials and the recommended CDC Guidelines and canceling the 2020 Northern Colorado Cinco de Mayo Festival that was to take place in Old Town Square Fort Collins on May 2nd and 3rd, 2020.
We would like to Thank our sponsors, entertainers, vendors and event attendees for their support of this annual event and God willing we look forward to presenting this celebration of Family, Culture and Community in May of 2021.

- All persons involved with or attending The Northern Colorado Cinco De Mayo Festival are responsible for obeying all city, county, state and federal laws.
- NO PETS are allowed on Festival Grounds except Assistant Animals.
- NO COOLERS
- NO GLASS bottles.
- NO skateboards, bicycles, roller/in-line skates Allowed on Grounds Bicyclists must dismount and utilizes bike racks located on festival grounds.
- NO firearms or weapons of any kind.
- NO Alcoholic beverages may be brought on Festival grounds. Beer Garden will be Available for those 21 years and older with proper ID
- By entering Festival Grounds, you grant permission for photographs or video of you and/or your children/dependents by Festival staff, volunteers to be used for, but not limited to, promotion of the event.
- NO weapons (concealed or otherwise).
- Sale of items or distribution of items by vendors/sponsors has been approved, NO sales or distribution of any kind, including but not limited to literature, products or food, will be allowed without prior authorization from the Festival Committee.
- Festival is not responsible for lost/stolen items.
- Security personnel, are located on Festival grounds.
- NO driving/parking on Festival Grounds except in
