VENDORS

Vendors have been a key part of The Northern Colorado Cinco de Mayo Festival for over 25 years and is a profitable creative way to market your products or services to over 3,000 buying customers in one weekend! You will have the opportunity for personal contact with potential consumers in your temporary "Store" (booth space) and can promote/sell your products and services directly to your patrons. The Northern Colorado Cinco De Mayo Festival has spaces available to Food Vendors, Commercial Vendors, Product Vendors,  Exhibitors, Non Profit Organizations, Informational, and Arts and Crafts.

The Northern Colorado Cinco De Mayo organizing committee would like to extend an invitation to you and your organization or business to be a part of the 2020 Festival by hosting your booth at the 38th Annual Northern Colorado Cinco De Mayo Festival which will be held on Saturday May 2nd Through Sunday May 3rd,2020

The annual event will take place in Old Town Square including Walnut Street – in Fort Collins, Colorado. Vendors may setup their booth area anytime between 7:00 am and 9:00 am on Saturday May 2nd, 2020 and Sunday May 3rd, 2020. Our celebration will begin at 10:00 am and end at 10:00 pm on May 2nd, 2020 and begin at 10:00 am and end at 7:00 pm on May 3rd, 2020  All vendors must be setup before 9:00 am- If you require a late setup time; this must be arranged in writing to vendor coordinator prior to festival. Due to the safety of festival attendee's, Vendors may not remove merchandise vehicles prior to 7:00 pm . 

Please note there is NO OVERNIGHT SECURITY. Vendors must setup each day and cannot leave anything in the street overnight without written consent.

Please Note: Vendors may not sell NO BEVERAGES! Exhibitor/Vendor shall not sell, distribute, or in any way circulate non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages. Beverages will be sold by Cinco de Mayo committee ONLY, when customers ask where they can purchase beverages, Please direct your clients to the designated appropriate beverage booth when asked. We appreciate your full cooperation on this issue.
